ติดตั้ง เปิดใช้งาน ย้ายเครื่อง และแก้ปัญหา สำหรับ WWWLABS LIVE FX V1 บน Resolume Arena / Avenue 7

Install, activate, move computers and troubleshoot WWWLABS LIVE FX V1 on Resolume Arena / Avenue 7.

01 · INSTALL

ติดตั้งInstall

ดาวน์โหลดได้ที่ wwwlabs.design/livefx/download ปิด Resolume ก่อนติดตั้งทุกครั้ง

Download from wwwlabs.design/livefx/download. Quit Resolume before installing.

Mac (Apple Silicon + Intel)

  1. ดับเบิลคลิกไฟล์ตัวติดตั้ง แล้วกดตามขั้นตอนDouble-click the installer and follow the steps.
  2. ถ้า macOS ขึ้นว่าเปิดไม่ได้ ("cannot be opened") ไปที่ System Settings › Privacy & Security เลื่อนลงไปกด Open Anyway แล้วเปิดตัวติดตั้งอีกครั้ง (ทำครั้งเดียว)If macOS says it "cannot be opened": System Settings › Privacy & Security, scroll down, click Open Anyway, open the installer again. One time only.
  3. เปิด Arena ในแท็บ Effects หรือ Sources พิมพ์ค้นหา WWWStart Arena and search WWW in the Effects or Sources tab.

Windows x64

  1. คลิกขวาที่ไฟล์ zip › Properties › ติ๊ก Unblock › OK ก่อนแตกไฟล์ ไฟล์ข้างในจะไม่ถูกบล็อกRight-click the zip › Properties › tick Unblock › OK, before extracting. Then nothing inside is blocked.
  2. แตก zip แล้วก๊อปไฟล์ .dll ไปไว้ที่ Documents\Resolume Arena\Extra Effects\ (ถ้ายังไม่มีโฟลเดอร์ ให้สร้างใหม่)Unzip and copy the .dll files into Documents\Resolume Arena\Extra Effects\ (create the folder if it doesn't exist).
  3. ถ้าลืม Unblock zip: คลิกขวาที่ .dll แต่ละตัว › Properties › ติ๊ก UnblockForgot to unblock the zip? Right-click each .dll › Properties › tick Unblock.
  4. เปิด Arena แล้วค้นหา WWW ในแท็บ Effects หรือ SourcesStart Arena and search WWW in Effects or Sources.

ต้องใช้ Windows 10 / 11 แบบ 64-bit

02 · ACTIVATE

เปิดใช้งานคีย์Activate your key

  1. หลังชำระเงิน คีย์จะส่งไปที่อีเมล รูปแบบ WWW-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (เก็บอีเมลนี้ไว้ เป็นหลักฐานการซื้อ)Your key arrives by email after payment, like WWW-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Keep that email: it is your proof of purchase.
  2. ใส่เอฟเฟกต์หรือ source ตัวไหนก็ได้ที่ขึ้นต้นด้วย WWW ลงในเลเยอร์หรือคลิปAdd any WWW effect or source to a clip or layer.
  3. เลื่อนไปล่างสุดของพารามิเตอร์ วางคีย์ในช่อง License Key (ต้องต่อเน็ต)At the bottom of its parameters, paste the key into the License Key box. Internet needed.
  4. ช่อง License ด้านล่างจะขึ้น ACTIVE - 13 DAYS (RENEWS ONLINE) (หรือเลขวันใกล้เคียง) ครบทั้ง 32 ตัวปลดล็อกในเครื่องนี้แล้วThe License box below shows ACTIVE - 13 DAYS (RENEWS ONLINE) (or a similar day count). All 32 effects are now unlocked on this computer.

จำนวนวันจะนับลงเมื่อเครื่องออฟไลน์ และกลับเป็น 14 เองเมื่อต่อเน็ต ก่อนวันโชว์ให้ต่อเน็ตแล้วเปิด Arena สักครั้ง ระหว่างโชว์ไม่มีการเด้งเป็น trial

The day count goes down while offline and refills to 14 by itself when online. Before show day, open Arena once while online. It never switches to trial mid-show.

03 · MOVE COMPUTERS

ย้ายไปเครื่องใหม่Move to a new computer

  1. ติดตั้ง LIVE FX ในเครื่องใหม่Install LIVE FX on the new computer.
  2. วางคีย์เดิมในช่อง License Key (ต่อเน็ต) ไลเซนส์ย้ายมาเครื่องนี้ทันทีPaste the same key into License Key while online. The license moves here.
  3. เครื่องเก่าจะหยุดเองเมื่อเช็คอินครั้งถัดไป และขึ้นข้อความว่าคีย์ถูกย้ายไปแล้ว อยากย้ายกลับก็วางคีย์ที่เครื่องเก่าอีกครั้งThe old computer stops at its next check-in and says the key moved. To move it back, paste the key there again.

ย้ายได้สูงสุด 3 ครั้งต่อ 30 วัน ถ้าเปลี่ยนเครื่องเพราะเครื่องพังแล้วติดลิมิต อีเมลหาเราได้

Up to 3 moves per 30 days. Hit the limit because a machine died? Email us.

04 · TRIAL VS FULL

The trial files are the same as in the full pack: paste a key and the watermark disappears, no reinstall. Install the full pack for the other 26.

05 · TROUBLESHOOTING

แก้ปัญหาTroubleshooting

เริ่มจากดูข้อความในช่อง License (ล่างสุดของเอฟเฟกต์ WWW ตัวไหนก็ได้) มันจะบอกว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น

Start with the status text in the License box at the bottom of any WWW effect. It tells you what's going on.

OFFLINE - WILL RETRY		บันทึกคีย์แล้วแต่ยังต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ไม่ได้ เช็คเน็ต ไฟร์วอลล์ หรือ Wi-Fi ที่ต้องล็อกอิน แล้วเปิด Arena ใหม่Key saved but the server can't be reached. Check internet, firewall or captive Wi-Fi, then restart Arena.
CHECK-IN NEEDED - GO ONLINE TO RENEWออฟไลน์นานเกิน 14 วัน ต่อเน็ตแล้วเปิด Arena ใหม่ ต่ออายุเองOffline longer than 14 days. Go online and restart Arena; it renews itself.
KEY IN USE ON ANOTHER COMPUTER
KEY MOVED TO ANOTHER COMPUTER…		คีย์ไปเปิดใช้อยู่ที่อีกเครื่อง ถ้าจะใช้เครื่องนี้ วางคีย์อีกครั้ง (นับเป็นการย้าย 1 ครั้ง)The key is active on another computer. To use it here, paste the key again (counts as one move).
MOVE LIMIT REACHED…ย้ายครบ 3 ครั้งใน 30 วันแล้ว รอหรืออีเมลหาเรา3 moves in 30 days used. Wait, or email us.
SYSTEM CLOCK WRONG - FIX DATE, GO ONLINEวันที่/เวลาในเครื่องผิด ตั้งเป็นอัตโนมัติ (Set automatically) แล้วต่อเน็ตเปิด Arena ใหม่The computer's date/time is wrong. Set it to automatic, go online, restart Arena.
KEY NOT FOUND…คีย์พิมพ์ผิด ก๊อปจากอีเมลมาวางใหม่ทั้งชุดTypo in the key. Copy-paste it again from your email.
KEY REVOKED…คีย์ถูกยกเลิก (เช่น คืนเงินแล้ว) อีเมลหาเราถ้าคิดว่าผิดพลาดThe key was revoked (e.g. refunded). Email us if you think that's a mistake.
LICENSE IS FOR ANOTHER COMPUTER - PASTE KEY
LICENSE FILE DAMAGED - PASTE KEY AGAIN		วางคีย์ในช่อง License Key อีกครั้ง (ต่อเน็ต)Paste the key into License Key again, online.

ลายน้ำ TRIAL ยังไม่หายTRIAL watermark still showing

Mac: "cannot be opened"

System Settings › Privacy & Security › เลื่อนลงไปกด Open Anyway แล้วเปิดตัวติดตั้งใหม่

System Settings › Privacy & Security › scroll down › Open Anyway, then open the installer again.

Windows: ไม่เจอเอฟเฟกต์ใน ArenaWindows: effects missing in Arena
